APPLICATION NOTES:
Guide Rail is UHMW plastic with a 3/8" SS core round insert.

• Sold in 96" lengths.
• Installation and bending of rails is done by purchaser.
• Rail is bolted to top guide rail bracket using the Guide Rail Clip Kit Q100.
• Use this rail on 18" R curves. This rail is easier to bend than the SS rail Q178.
• This rail cost more per foot than the standard Q178 rail.
• 96" Aluminum Half Round Guide Rail Q180 is also available.
• Due to tight radius, the 8" Radius Disk Curves cannot use a standard quide rail. Use Q151, Q152, or Q153.
